What is Softwash?

Zachary Soft Wash uses a low pressure chemically based method of cleaning roofs and houses. Unlike pressure washing soft washing actually kills the mold and mildew growing so it last longer and helps prevent regrowth.

Unlike pressure washing, Soft Wash GENTLY kills algae, mold, and mildew instead of just blasting it off, keeping the surface clean and clear of discoloration longer. Soft Wash doesn't just wash away the top layer of the mold and mildew, it kills it!

EXTERIOR WASHING
Soft washing is safe for use on dryvit, EIFS, stucco, vinyl, aluminum, wood and just about every other siding material. Trex and other synthetic or semi-synthetic decking materials clean up incredibly well with our process.
